Are You a Chronic Worrier?

to me my answer is yes.i really easy worry although it is just a small matter.there are some treatment and lifestyle options to over come it.first,eat a healthy diet,that is reduce or eliminate caffeine.but for me i can't do it well because i like coffee very much.so i just can take a cup in a day.Skipping meals or eating carbohydrate-dense items alone can lead to hunger which causes jitters, too.second,evaluate your supplements and medications.third,get moving.
