Top Triggers for Depression: Losses and Life Events

Life transitions includes adolescence. ,the end of college,the empty nest,retirement,and moving.Losses of job,pet,loved one,relationship or bad news.this is all that mention in this article that may cause depression.to me, loss of job,loved one like parent and moving from my hometown can make me feel depress.but i no so serious.it just take some time for me to go back normal.i moved when i form two,it is very hard for me because i move from a comfort zone and plopped down in a strange place with no friends, while simultaneously experiencing the loss of all that was comfortable and known.it is very helpless and i need to face it myself.but is OK now because it is all over and i learnt from it.So consider the triggers above and keep an eye out for depression.
