pace yourself

Scientists and psychologists say the increased pace of life is driven by technology-the Internet,email,mobile phone culture-and the need to be available 24 hours a day.That is correct because in the city, every one is walk very quickly, seems like very rush.The fast food also very popular among working people or even student.Maybe we should slow down to feel the thing among us.Life that very rush maybe we will miss something.to ease anxiety, we can listen to music.Making quality time with friends, family and exercise will also help us relax.RD Health,Aug 2007 page 135.i enjoy reading it because it remind me to enjoy my life.
