fidgety flyer
it is about steps to reduce the physical discomforts of flying.this is very useful tips for those have their flight for the first time.maybe it is a phobia for some people when in the flight.i never experience it before so i don't know what will happen to me.RD Travel,Aug 2007,page 141.I enjoy reading it because in future the steps is useful for me.
