for muscles,milk the cow , not the bean

milk protein is significantly better than soy at building muscle mass, according to research from McMaster University in Canada.in my opinion i think there is not different between the milk and soy.it just different where it come from.i like to drink soy compare to milk because i don't like the smell of the milk.for those want good muscles build especially boy better drink milk.Reader Digest, Aug 2007 page64.I didn't enjoy reading it because it all about research.
