Almost every choice has 120 or fewer per serving and no added sugar.the blog is about healthy beverages.is the beverages still taste good if less sugar?i think is OK to me because i don't like sweet.if it is possible,it is good we drink less sugar drink.the best beverages include hot chocolate,vanilla soy milk,chocolate soy milk,orange juice,fruit smoothie,veggie juice,iced tea,energy drink,sports drink,lemonade,light beer,and etc
