Laughter is good medicine.It is really correct and is the cheaper medicine and easy get.it can reduce stress.We should laugh every day to avoid from moody.There are numerous studies support the health benefits of laughter in cardiac rehabilitation and alleviating depression.so, wait for what?We should start laugh every day.ha-ha-ha:)RD Health Aug 2007,page 134.I enjoy reading it because it make me laugh...
